Can I get that popular retro-look with LVT?

Yes, you can. LVT (luxury vinyl tile) falls under the “umbrella” of the luxury vinyl floors, (LVF). It’s an incredibly realistic mimic of tile and is also functional, waterproof and affordable.

Grande Floor Covering has a combined staff experience of 50 years. Owner John Grande has been in the flooring industry for over 20 years and is a certified installer of all flooring materials.

We know how various furnishings affect the floors, so we provide complementary products, such as cabinets and countertops.

You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk into a flooring store and see our LVT offerings. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at the realism and variation of the product.

Our showroom is in Voorhees, NJ and we service Voorhees, Cherry Hill, Marlton, Berlin, Berlin Township. Come into our flooring showroom to speak to our retailer about LVT and ask about our free in-home estimates.

High design and style

LVT is cut into tile-sized pieces (although it is available in sheets if you prefer). Unlike the vinyl you may remember from decades ago, this comes in an assortment of colors, patterns, designs, and styles, with embossing to give it depth and dimension.

Thanks to high definition photography, the images are clear, and the colors pop. Retro, which is currently trending, refers to the decorating style of the 50s, 60s, and 70s, although it really can be any era. It features bright, lively colors and bold designs.

With the variety available and the ability to mix and match the tiles, it would be easy to create this style.

Other benefits include:

  • Waterproof. Many would love that wooden cabin look in their bathroom. Water can be damaged by excess water, so it's not recommended for installation there. LVT offers a lot of wood tile looks. Also, marble bathrooms are trending, and this product offers stone looks. That includes marble.

  • Durability. This is a layered product, with the top one being an ultra-tough wear sheet. It protects the floor from scratches and scuffs and makes it virtually impossible to “walk-off” the image.

  • Affordability. The look of tile without the cost.

  • Easy care. Sweep regularly (daily, if possible) Mop with water and a manufacturer-approved cleaner. Simple installation. DIY-friendly, you can place it over most existing floors and either glue it down or, if you prefer vinyl tiles, click them together.
